don't worry. we won't tell anyone that all the lefsa we have ever eaten was perfectly flat. from now on it will be necessary for the 2 of you to report quantity instead of stack height! iv'e done the math.... based on paul's normal exageration of fish length, the snapper are between 2.75 and 3.25 inches in length. extrapolating from there the lefsa stack is between 1.75 and 2.25 inches high. lefsa's made with self rising flower are probably about .25 inches thick. therefore your stack contained between 7 and 9 lefsa. a good effort for 2 beginners but hardly anything to brag to the world about. nonethless, we are very proud of you for carrying on the tradition regardless of the quantity of your spore.
